Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 working days.
Delivery Estimates:
- Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Priority Delivery: 2–3 working days
- Overnight Delivery: Next working day
Delivery estimates are based on orders placed before 12:00 PM. We rely on trusted courier partners and will notify you if unexpected delays occur.
Shipping charges are determined by your delivery location. Delivery addresses in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands, and the Scilly Islands carry an additional £6.00 surcharge. Orders to these areas typically arrive within 5 working days when placed before 12:00 PM.

Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery.
Items should be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. If your item arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Returning Gifts
If you return a gift, we will issue a Stuart Avenue Gift Card for the value of the returned item. The card can be used for future purchases at stuartavenue.co.uk.
Returning Items by Mail
Log into your account at stuartavenue.co.uk/customer/account/login, select the item you wish to return and click “Return”. Complete the form including your reason for return. You will receive either a return label by email or instructions for purchasing your own label.
Include the return section of your packing slip with your item(s). If using a QR code, your local Post Office can scan it and print your label for you.
Please allow 10–14 days for Stuart Avenue to process your return.
